Grant and John
I dont have any new or current photos of life here in Iraq, or at least any I can post so here is one of my favorite photos from when I was home last month on leave. This was taken at the Gateway Arch in ST Louis.
Not much to report on here in sunny Iraq. I hear that you all back in the states have been having some hot weather......hmmmmm.....that must suck!
It has cooled down today to about 110.....it feels good, its really quite pleasant.
It is almost August and that means we are one step closer to being done with this scenic tour of the middle-east. Of course being the Army we will have to go through an extensive and annoying round of briefings and paperwork. It will all be worth it to get home though!
I hope everyone back home is doing ok.

Sgt. Baker,
I couldn't copy that weather comment over the attitude...10-9 your traffic... Is this where we argue heat vs humidity? I was on TV for a flight and the TV helicopter zoomed in on me. All Lauren could say is that I was sweating alot. She is grounded until next week! Take care Bro.

I have discovered that the"but its a dry heat" arguement goes out the window somewhere around 120 degrees. Take Care Bro!
